Made of surface hot dip galvanized steel tube with ISO9001 certification, this all-in-one system combines a precision feeding pipeline and a hygienic nipple drinking water system, supporting a breeding capacity of 10~12 birds per square meter and an 8-10 year long service life. Equipped with a pressure regulator (2kg stable water pressure) and 12 nipple drip cups per unit, the system supplies water evenly and minimizes water waste, while the thickened stainless steel faucet ensures 360° water flow for multi-bird simultaneous drinking.
The 45mm feed tube and 22mm square water tube are made of 1.2mm thick hot dip galvanized steel with 275g/M2 zinc coating, providing superior anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance for long-term wet farming environments.
A 1500LB winch and multi-strand steel wire rope suspension system enable easy height adjustment of the feeding and drinking system, adapting to the growth stages of broilers and turkeys for optimal feeding comfort.

This ground feeding pipeline features a spiral spring helical feed mechanism that ensures smooth and continuous feed flow without blockage, paired with a 14-grid feeding tray (2-3kg feed capacity) that can feed 40-50 chickens simultaneously for even feeding. The drinking water equipment is composed of a complete automatic water supply system, including a filter (impurity removal), water pressure regulator (2kg stable pressure), water level display tube (easy monitoring), 22mm PVC main water supply pipe and stainless steel nipple drip cups (anti-corrosion and leak-proof). The suspension system is fixed with 3m spacing supports, multi-strand steel wire rope and pulleys, with a 1500 type winch for effortless height adjustment. The feed line is reinforced with fixing cards and bath balance bars, ensuring structural stability during long-term operation. All contact parts with feed/water are made of food-grade and rust-proof materials, complying with international poultry farming hygiene standards.
