The self-propelled feeder features uniform feeding, low noise and energy-saving performance, with running wheels reducing friction between the feeder and feed trough for extended service life. The feeding amount is adjustable according to the chicken’s age, achieving feed saving and labor time reduction. The system stops automatically in case of faults, avoiding cage damage caused by mechanical malfunctions.
Equipped with longitudinal and transverse manure conveying belts, the system collects feces to the end of the chicken house and transports it outdoors. The two-way spiral tail drive shaft prevents deviation and curling, while the warped-edge drag strip avoids feces spilling, ensuring a hygienic breeding environment.
The egg conveyor belt and egg picker transport eggs to the central collection line, then to the warehouse for centralized packaging. This reduces human access to the chicken house and lowers the risk of virus infection, while egg baffles and separators effectively prevent egg breakage.
The fully automatic environmental controller adjusts temperature, humidity and ventilation via computer calculation, with sufficient inter-layer spacing enhancing air circulation and reducing the chicken’s body temperature. Sound and light alarm devices monitor the water supply system in real time for stable operation.
